Loren & Lane painting: Loren White and Lane Quine in
their Port Orchard studio with Oncorhynchus Bodacicus in
process. They call it Salmon Rhythms.
Loren White painting: Loren White putting the finishing
touches on the 8-foot Soul Salmon male. It will migrate
farther than any salmon on Wednesday -- to Chicago. See

Lane Quine taping: Lane Quine has been a partner to Loren
in the work for a decade. He is taping the exacting lines
for the painting to follow, creating the correct tension
in the form. See story.
